Breaking News: In Unanimous Vote, Senate Approves State of Emergency

The Senate of the National Assembly not too long ago in a unanimous vote approved the State of Emergency declared by President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan on three Northern of Borno, Yobe and Adamawa.

There were a reported total of 100 senators and the vote tally was unanimous meaning that the ACN senators voted in support of the emergency even where their party had asked the senate to reject the move.
